I liked your write up regarding James Madison Cutts.  You wrote in one page what it took me 7 years to research.  I know the title is somewhat controversial; however, the notation &quot;Triple Medal of Honor,&quot; is listed in the Congressional Records and Carl Sandburg used it in his description of the Lincoln Reprimand, pg 581-582, Abraham Lincoln: The Prairie Years and The War Years.
